The Bells (6) 8-0-22 - Restored 2004

In 2004 the six bells had their cast-in wrought iron staples drilled out and were retuned. The existing 6-bell frame was restored and strengthened and the six bells were rehung with completely new ringing fittings. At that time the 4th was found to be cracked and was taken to Soundweld for repair.
The Bells were rededicated on Sunday 24th April 2005.

The restoration was carried out by Whites of Appleton, Church Bellhangers who supplied a certificate with the bell specifications below.

The inscriptions were taken from A.H.Cocks The Church Bells of Buckinghamshire.
