Notes:

  1. A.H.Cocks page 637 notes:
Among the archives of the Archdeaconry of St. Albans listing the Goods belonging to Winslow church on 26th April 1628 it states there was a ring of 5 tunable bells, a sance bell and a clocke
  2. A.H.Cocks page 637 reports that a foot note page 548 in Lipscomb's History of Bucks pub. 1847 states that in June 1668 six modern bells were recast out of five by Mr. Keene of Woodstock and gives the weights of the old and new bells.

  2. In the inscription of the sanctus, the * represents the ornament in Cocks Plate XXX no. 5. There are impressions of coins on the soundbow thought to be the sixpence of Elizabeth; they bear a shield of the Royal Arms and a cross fourchée.
